SAGE Medical Conferences – Terms & Conditions

1. Program Participation

SAGE Medical Conferences programs are designed for licensed clinicians and accompanying guests. By registering, participants agree to comply with all program requirements, including attendance for educational sessions where applicable.


2. Educational Content & Faculty

SAGE Medical Conferences reserves the right to modify program content, faculty, and educational format as needed. Educational sessions may include a combination of live presentations, case-based discussions, and recorded lectures to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality content.


3. CME/CERP Accreditation

CME and CERP credits are offered through accredited or approved third-party providers. Final accreditation statements, credit amounts, and eligibility requirements are determined per program and are subject to approval.


4. Travel & Logistics

Travel planning, accommodations, ground transportation, and destination experiences are coordinated by Seek & Savor Travel, an independent travel partner. SAGE Medical Conferences is not responsible for the execution of travel services.


5. Independent Status

SAGE Medical Conferences is an independent educational organization and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any academic institution, including Harvard University or its affiliated hospitals. Faculty affiliations are listed for identification purposes only.


6. Registration & Payment

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of  full payment as outlined for each program. Full payment terms, deadlines, and cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking.


7. Cancellations & Changes

Programs are subject to change based on operational considerations, safety, and availability. SAGE Medical Conferences and its travel partners reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or program elements as necessary.

Participant cancellation policies, including refund eligibility, will be outlined in program-specific materials.


8. Assumption of Risk

Participation in SAGE programs involves travel and activities that may carry inherent risks. By registering, participants acknowledge and accept these risks.


9. Liability

SAGE Medical Conferences is not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from travel, third-party services, or unforeseen events. Responsibility for travel-related services rests with the respective providers.


10. Photography & Media

SAGE respects participant privacy. Photography may occur during programs; however, participants will not be identified or featured without verbal or written consent.


11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which SAGE Medical Conferences operates.

12. Force Majeure

SAGE Medical Conferences is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, public health concerns, or travel restrictions.
